Manuela Barsotelli

manuelabarsotelliIn 2010 she graduated from the University of Florence in Human Geography and Regional Planning, with a thesis on the perception of occupied public spaces (“dehors”) in the Florence area. She obtained her master’s degree in Geographical and Anthropological Studies at the same university in 2016, with a thesis entitled “Florence and its ‘Beccai’: innovations and prospects for the ancient butchers’ craft”.
Her research focuses on geographical and anthropological issues, using an empirical methodology that combines qualitative and quantitative approaches.
She has been working with LaGeS since 2009.
